GetGlue Hooks Up with E! Online for Awards Season Stickers

Real awards show fans and fashion fiends know that the glitz and glamour of awards shows begins well before the host steps on stage, and they know exactly where to get their red carpet coverage: E! We’re excited to launch our first partnership with the network for both Live from the Red Carpet and Fashion Police, two marquee shows for fans of gossip and great clothes (and fashion disasters). Users who check-in to these shows through our apps or our website can earn A-list-worthy stickers.

e-redcarpet-getglueFor each of the season’s biggest awards shows– including the SAG Awards, Grammys, and Oscars–E’s Live from the Red Carpet is there first, interviewing the biggest stars who are wearing the biggest names, and using the GlamCam 360 to show them in all their 3D glory. Ryan Seacrest, Giuliana Rancic, and other members of the Red Carpet crew (who have maybe the best job in the world) get to dish with celebrities and dissect the events’ fashion at awards shows like these

SAG Awards: January 30

Grammys: February 13

Oscars: February 27

Coverage of the SAG Awards begins today at 6pm ET/3PM PT. Whether you’re in sweats or a cocktail dress, you can check-in to Live From the Red Carpet to earn stickers through our apps or our site.

If Live from the Red Carpet is the appetizer to the awards show entree, then Fashion Police is the dessert (even if Joan Rivers, Giuliana Rancic, George Kotsiopoulos, and Kelly Osborne aren’t always sweet). The hosts aren’t afraid to be hilariously honest in their weekly show on Fridays at 10:30/9:30c or during post-awards show specials airing 10/9c on Mondays after the events. Follow their leads, and share who you think is best and worst dressed on the red carpet when you check-in.
